Job Description
As a Service Engineer at Moneytronic, you play an essential role in our team. Our organization is dynamic, and no two days are the same. You need to be flexible and proactive, prioritizing your day based on the needs of the moment. You will have the freedom to shape your role as you see fit. Willingness to travel is crucial, given the international nature of the position, serving the Benelux and part of Germany.
Duties and responsibilities
Service installation and maintenance
- Maintain and install technical solutions and systems.
- On-site installation and service of various equipment, including installation and anchoring of safes.
- Advise and assist clients with specific problems.
- Manage, shape and commercially expand service administration.
- Correspondence with suppliers, customers and advisory bodies.
- Monitor and adhere to service contracts.
ICT network management internal and external - Management of software on local servers, back office, or via central servers or VPN connections.
- Master knowledge and configuration of databases (SQL), including management of CRM, Exchange and CMS.
Warehouse management and inventory control (logistics) - Responsibility for CRM, inventory management and ordering procedures.
- Shipping pallets and packages nationally and internationally.
Commercial expansion of service contracts - Identify opportunities to expand the number of service contracts commercially.
Qualification and requirements
- MBO-HBO working and thinking level with a technical background.
- Command of at least Dutch and English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft (SQL), CRM, Exchange, CMS.
- Good manners and neat appearance.
- Experience in a similar position.
Team
Within our Service Department, you will work closely together in an established and close team of 3 permanent team members, with the additional support of itinerant colleagues. This is part of our larger team at Moneytronic, which totals 10 dedicated professionals. Together we strive to provide high quality cash management solutions to our clients.

Job Description
As a Sales Associate at Moneytronic Netherlands, you will play a central role in our growth. You will identify, approach and manage customers in the cash management industry. We provide organizations with high-quality cash management solutions, such as money counting and detection equipment, self-counting cash drawers and smart safes.
Your responsibilities include expanding our customer base and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will offer tailored professional advice and work towards achieving our sales targets. Customer focus is key, and you understand the specific needs of our customers in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships: You will maintain existing customer relationships and establish regular contact with them.
- New client acquisition: You focus on attracting new business clients and strive to build lasting relationships (75% acquisition, 25% relationship management).
- Professional advice: You offer tailored professional advice to customers and suggest suitable solutions. You have responsibility for scheduling your own schedule and following up on quotes.
- Weekly Reporting: You will report weekly to the business manager, ensuring short lines of communication.
Qualifications
- HBO work and thinking level: You have a degree at least at the HBO level or equivalent experience. Successful B2B field sales experience is a requirement.
- Technical affinity: You have an interest and affinity for technical aspects.
- Language Skills:You are fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus. For French-speaking regions, fluent Dutch-French bilingualism is required.
- Hunting instinct: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, but you are not an aggressive salesperson (hardseller).
- Communication skills: You are accustomed to short lines of communication and possess strong commercial, stress-resistant and customer-oriented qualities.
- Negotiation Skills: You are a skilled negotiator and have technical interest and affinity.
- Flexibility: You don't have a 9-to-5 mentality.
- Stable CV: You have a stable and logically constructed CV.
- Results-oriented: You are results-oriented and can work independently. You have a valid driver's license B.
